Our Machinery
The Sharp SVL-2517 is a compact, high-performance CNC Vertical Machining Center built for accuracy and efficiency. With generous travels, a powerful spindle, 24-tool ATC, and rigid linear roller ways, it excels at milling, drilling, and high-speed cutting.
The Haas ST-35 is a robust big-bore CNC turning center featuring a 12 inch chuck, 4.0 inch bar capacity, 40 HP spindle, and up to 3,200 RPM. It delivers exceptional turning power, rigidity, and a large work envelope.
Our Prusa 3D printing creates custom fixtures, mockups, and low-volume parts to support rapid prototyping.
The xTool F1 Ultra with rotary attachment delivers high-precision 360 degree laser engraving and marking on cylindrical parts, coated and bare metals, plastics, delrin, and other shop materials.
Design & Programming
At URC Machine, we utilize SOLIDWORKS 2026 for comprehensive 3D CAD design and modeling. Our experienced team provides full design services from concept development and detailed part modeling to complex assemblies and engineering support.
We program all CNC machining operations using Mastercam 2026, ensuring efficient, accurate, and optimized toolpaths from your design files to precision machined parts.
